UACCH’s Noelle Birthing Simulator Visits Hope High

The University of Arkansas Community College at Hope Health Professions recently made a visit to the Hope High School. The birthing simulator allows students to experience multiple clinical scenarios during the birthing process.  The student below is listening to the heartbeat of baby Huey.

With a new-born, the blue suction bulb can be a very helpful tool to clear air passage ways. In the picture  below, these three students listen to instructions from UACCH Dean of Health Professions, Laura Clark on proper use of the suction bulb before testing their skills on Baby Huey.
