The University of Arkansas Community College at Hope is pleased to announce that Tracy Parker won the gold medal in Industrial Motors and Controls and Eric Cox won the bronze medal in Residential Wiring at the Arkansas State SkillsUSA competition. These students were part of a group of UACCH’s Technical and Industrial Professions students who traveled to Hot Springs to compete in the Arkansas State SkillsUSA Competition. This event is held every year and provides an opportunity for Career and Occupational students to pit the skills and knowledge they are gaining through their chosen programs against other students in the same or similar programs across the State. This year two UACCH students came home medal winners in their competitions.
UACCH is proud of each of the students who represented the College at this Technical and Industrial Competition this year. Please help the college congratulate these students on a job well done.
